Established in 2003, HiFiSound is a family-run business in the North East of England with both a dedicated website and a physical ‘bricks and mortar’ presence. Based at Castlegate Mill, a historic former spice mill on the banks of the River Tees in Stockton, we offer two dedicated demonstration rooms and an extensive showroom.

We specialise in high-performance audio from brands we truly believe in, including Amplification from Advance Paris and Hegel, Turntables from Pro-ject & Rega, Speakers from PMC, Monitor Audio and cables from Chord Company & Van den Hul. To help you upgrade to your dream system, we offer a specialist part-exchange service, making it easier than ever to trade in your existing gear for the latest technology.

We aren't a faceless big retailer, nor a one-man band; we are a "happy medium" of enthusiasts genuinely interested in what we do. Whether you are visiting our Stockton demo rooms for a personal listening session or browsing online, our ultimate aim is to put a smile on your face through great music.
